Tuned Pale Ale is something that combines two of my favorite things: beer and music. Here is how the beer is described:

Tuned Pale Ale is a product that explores the musical affordances in everyday objects and promotes social spontaneity. While drinking beer, people become musically encouraged and often start making music with objects around them. This product aims to promote more of this type of social interaction. This product aims to inform users about the musical qualities of existing bottles and to make the bottle a better instrument.

I don’t know if the beer is good, but I love the idea of bringing attention to the bottle as a musical instrument. Not only can people make music together, but it’ll enhance the social experience. Or at least annoy the people sitting at the next table. Either way, it’s a fun outside-the-six-pack idea that I can support.
